Rev. Timothy Oluleye is the founding President of The Fountain of Living Waters Ministries inaugurated in 1992 in Lagos, Nigeria. When he and his family moved to the United States, the ministry was also incorporated in Texas on July 28, 1997; and in Baltimore, Maryland in September 17, 2002. He had his Ministerial Ordination in the US conducted by The United Christian Church and Ministerial Association, Cleveland, TN, in October 2000. (License # 25867 OMP).

In October 2007, he received Board Certification in the United States in Child and Adolescent Therapy; Death and Grief Therapy; and in Integrated Marriage and Family Therapy, all of which have been integrated into his ministry functions. He studied at Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary, and has been a Member of the College Board from 2001 to Date. In June 2006, he completed his course of studies and was awarded a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling (DCPC). Rev. Oluleye is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor with Advanced Certification of the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA), 5260 Paylor Lane, Sarasota, Florida 34240 USA.

Rev. Oluleye is a scientist with B. S. Biochemistry, from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, 1975; M. S. Food Science, from the University of Mysore, India, 1982; and Ph. D. Biological Science, from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 1990.

His professional work experience includes as a Research Scientist at FIIRO Nigeria, and CFTRI Mysore, India 1976 – 1995; United Nations University Research Fellow at CFTRI Mysore, India, 1980 – 1982 under the World Hunger Program. He and his family emigrated to the USA in 1999 under a special pastoral immigration filing. In 2004, he received Teaching Certification in Chemistry in the USA. Subsequently, he served as a teacher for advanced placement courses in Chemistry and Physics at various high schools in Maryland. He was also a professor of Biology at Bowie State University, Maryland, and Baltimore City Community College from 1999 – 2015.

He is married to Rev. Elizabeth Oluleye, and they are blessed with children and a grandchild.
